Training and Support

One of the cornerstones upon which Open Door Internet was founded, we provide training in all aspects of your website management with extensive on-going support. Once we’ve built your website, we won’t just disappear! We strongly believe our clients and their team should be empowered to have a comprehensive understanding of the system, enabling you to manage your own website effectively with as much or as little support as you require.


We understand not everyone is a technology geek like we are, we’ll endeavour to help explain any areas you don’t understand and ensure you’re at ease with both your website and the internet in general.

At Open Door Internet, we provide a range of training sessions, whether it be in-house training, video tutorial or remote access. Our sessions are tailored to you and your unique needs, it’s human to human guidance to help get you get the most from your website.

On top of that, telephone support is available 9am-5pm Monday – Friday, with email support available every day, 365 days a year.
